Reporting someone or something
In the app, open a memory or a person's profile and choose Report. We review reports within 24 hours. If anyone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.
Blocking
On a person's profile, choose Block. They can no longer find you, see your profile, follow you, or send you anything, and they aren't told.
Deleting your account
Profile → Delete account. You have 30 days to change your mind by signing back in.
Something isn't working
Email us with what happened and roughly when. Please don't include the location of any memory.
